We are partnering with a global healthcare solutions provider and market leader in medical-surgical products, supporting hospitals and healthcare institutions across the full continuum of care. With operations spanning over 100 countries, the organisation combines large-scale manufacturing, and clinical expertise to deliver essential products such as surgical consumables, PPE, and wound care solutions that enable healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Sales Lead, the Sales Manager role is responsible for driving direct sales across Singapore , focusing on operating theatre consumables including drapes, gowns, gloves, and PPE, alongside an expanding portfolio in advanced wound care . As an individual contributor, the role will manage and grow key accounts across both private and restructured hospitals , with a strong emphasis on developing new business, introducing new product lines, and strengthening long-term partnerships with clinical stakeholders and procurement teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 - 7 years of Medical Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development within the Medical Devices sector. Prior experience in selling Operating Room Consumables or Wound Care portfolio will be an added advantage. You will need to be comfortable working in a small team and wide network across the hospitals and surgeons in Singapore.
