Founder & Managing Director
As the Founder & Managing Director of Hunt Talent Partners, I began my recruitment career in 2015, working with leading international and regional search firms.
Over the past decade, I have built a strong track record in placing:
- Sales & Marketing professionals across all levels
- Commercial and revenue-generating roles
- Corporate functions
- Senior leadership and P&L owners
These searches have spanned across B2B and B2C industries, including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial & Manufacturing, Shipping & Logistics, Consumer, and Technology.

In addition to hands-on recruitment, I have:
- Led and mentored high-performing recruitment teams
- Built recruitment functions from the ground up
- Relaunched a recruitment brand in Singapore
- Taken full ownership of P&L, operations, and commercial strategy

Outside the Office
Outside of recruitment, I value time spent with family and maintains an active lifestyle.
As a fitness enthusiast, I regularly compete in HYROX events and marathons, and strongly believe in the connection between physical performance, mental resilience, and professional consistency.
