We are partnering with a Singapore headquartered Life Sciences distributor with a strong presence across Asia and beyond. The business operates at the forefront of diagnostics, laboratory services and medical innovation , partnering with healthcare institutions, research organisations and clinicians to deliver high-quality, science-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes. With a reputation for operational excellence and strategic growth, the group continues to expand its regional footprint while maintaining rigorous standards in governance, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the C-level , the Sales Director will lead the development and execution of regional sales and business growth strategies across Southeast Asia , driving revenue performance and market expansion within the scientific, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, and laboratory sectors. You will oversee and mentor commercial teams (6 - 8 direct headcounts) , strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and global principals, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives across multiple markets.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will be responsible for sales forecasting, pipeline management, strategic planning, and delivering sustainable growth while enhancing the organisation’s market presence and customer partnerships across the region.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 – 15 years of proven track record in Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, and/or Lab Solutions sector. You will need to have leadership experience and ability to grow key accounts, manage principal relationships, and SEA regional exposure. Having experience working in Distributor environment will be an added advantage.
