We are partnering with a leading Japanese MNC in healthcare and medical device solutions , operating across multiple markets with strong links to a global headquarters. The business plays a critical role in advancing hospital and chronic care solutions , combining deep clinical expertise with long-term investment in innovation, integrated care models, and digital enablement. With a strong regional footprint and ambitious growth agenda, the organization is focused on building sustainable, future-ready healthcare ecosystems while maintaining the highest standards of governance, ethics, and patient impact.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director , the IT Manager will be responsible for leading the organisation’s IT strategy, enterprise systems, and data management initiatives across the Asia cluster. You will oversee the optimisation and governance of SAP and Oracle platforms , drive data governance and business intelligence capabilities, and ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of critical business systems.

Partnering closely with regional business leaders, you will lead digital transformation projects , enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks , and oversee external vendors and system integrators. This role also provides leadership to regional IT teams , ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence within a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 8 – 10 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial / people management role. You will need to possess strong experience in both SAP & Oracle systems and good working knowledge of data architecture, governance, and IT infrastructure . Having experience in the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sector will be an added advantage. You will also need to ensure IT compliance with healthcare regulation, such as ISO, GMP, Data privacy standards.
