We are partnering with a global Medical Devices MNC with a wide range of medical and surgical devices across consumables and equipment. With a large global team of over 40,000 employees and more than 20 manufacturing sites worldwide, the business has a strong heritage of over 50 years and is now actively expanding its footprint across emerging Asia markets. Due to business growth within the Operating Room division, they are now looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to take ownership of their Drapes & Gowns and Operating Theatre Consumables portfolio across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Lead , the Product Manager will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy and product management of the Operating Room Consumables range across the SEA region. This includes driving revenue growth, managing product lifecycle , overseeing new product introductions (NPI) , and identifying market opportunities through competitive analysis and market research. The role also involves developing compelling value propositions , coordinating product trials, and working closely with the sales team to align on portfolio objectives, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
A key part of the role involves clinical education and customer engagement — building strong relationships with KOLs, distributors, and end-users , while developing and delivering product training programmes , clinical support materials, and customer workshops to drive adoption across the region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 years of Product Management / Marketing experience within the Medical Devices sector. You will need to have direct product experience in Operating Theatre Consumables, specifically Drapes & Gowns , which is a mandatory requirement for this role. Having a background in Nursing or Clinical Education will be a strong advantage. You will need to be comfortable working in a regional, cross-functional environment and be able to travel across SEA markets as required.
