With a strong presence across Asia and close alignment to global headquarters, the organisation serves a broad mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality customers through multiple channels. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director , the Pricing & Sales Excellence Manager is a regional commercial role responsible for driving pricing strategy , governance , and sales effectiveness across Southeast Asia in close alignment with global and regional leadership. The position plays a critical role in delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth by ensuring disciplined pricing execution, strong compliance with governance and anti-trust requirements, and the adoption of value-based selling practices. Acting as a key business partner to Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing, the role combines strategic pricing leadership with hands-on analytics, systems management, and capability building to elevate commercial performance across markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 years of experience in Regional Pricing and/or Sales Excellence r ole, preferably within the Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Building Materials, and/or Construction industries. You will need to have proven expertise in various pricing methodologies (cost-plus, value-based, competitive benchmarking), and strong financial acumen to analyse COGS, SG&A, and margin impacts .
