We are partnering with a Singapore headquartered Life Sciences distributor with a strong presence across Asia and beyond. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director , the Financial Controller will act as a strategic business partner and lead all aspects of the company’s financial operations , including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management . The role oversees group accounting activities , ensures compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements, drives process efficiencies and strengthens internal controls across the organisation.
In addition to managing audits, risk and capital assets , the Financial Controller will provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making , investment evaluations and cost optimisation initiatives, while leading day-to-day finance operations across a multi-entity environment
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experiences, with at least 5 years in a Controlling role. Ideally, you will come from the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, and/or Pharmaceutical industry. While you will manage a team of 8 – 10 , the role requires you to be hands-on in financial analysis, budget management, and day-to-day management of the SEA finance teams. Having experience in SAP system will be an added advantage.
