We are partnering with an established Singapore-headquartered Precision Engineering Group
specialising in manufacturing and engineering solutions
for the global Semiconductor industry. With an established presence across Asia, the organisation is embarking on an exciting phase of growth through strategic acquisitions and business expansion
. As part of strengthening their Group Finance function, they are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager
to support the group's financial operations, governance, and transformation initiatives.
Location: West
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing the Group's financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting operations
across multiple entities. You will lead monthly financial closing, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities while ensuring compliance with IFRS/SFRS, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls
.
The role also encompasses Treasury Management
, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, banking facilities, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimisation. You will work closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support commercial decision-making, and drive improvements in financial processes, governance, and reporting efficiency. As the Group continues its expansion through strategic acquisitions, you will also have the opportunity to participate in M&A-related activities, particularly post-acquisition finance integration
, harmonisation of accounting processes, ERP systems integration, and broader finance transformation initiatives
.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 8 - 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience
, ideally from the Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering sectors
. You will need to have strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, and compliance with IFRS/SFRS standards
. Having regional finance exposure across Southeast Asia and China
will be highly advantageous.
Candidates with prior experience in M&A, post-acquisition integration, Treasury Management, and/or Finance Transformation
will be strongly preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance and professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA
will be required.
