Responsibilities
Reporting to the Country Director (VN), the Finance Director will serve as a strategic partner to the Country Head, leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the business in Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis , while ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and strong internal controls.
The position also plays a key role in supporting commercial decisions by working closely with sales and supply chain teams to optimise pricing, manage costs, and improve profitability. In addition, the Finance Director will oversee governance, risk management, and cash flow, while leading and developing a high-performing finance team .
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 years of Finance, Controlling, and/or FP&A experience within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and/or Life Sciences industry. Having professional certificate in CPA, CA, or MBA will be an added advantage. As this is a leadership position, you will need to have experience in managing a finance team and set the direction for finance department.
