We are partnering with a Singapore headquartered Life Sciences distributor with a strong presence across Asia and beyond. Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO , the Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership , partnering closely with senior management to shape and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals. The role oversees end-to-end financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities also include managing treasury functions such as cash flow, investments, and capital structure, driving cost optimisation, and leveraging financial systems and technology to enhance processes. In addition, the position leads and develops the finance team , manages key stakeholder relationships (including auditors and regulators), and ensures effective risk management and internal controls to safeguard the organisation’s financial health and sustainability.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 – 15 years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience, with prior leadership experience in managing the Finance function. You should ideally come from relevant industries such as Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and/or Distribution . In additional to a Finance / Business Bachelor’s Degree, you will possess professional certifications such as CPA or CFA .
