We are partnering with a leading global Healthcare Distributor that helps companies grow their businesses in new and existing markets. With deep local expertise and a strong regional network, the organization supports healthcare companies in areas such as commercialization, marketing, sales, distribution, and regulatory compliance . They partner with multinational and regional pharmaceutical companies to bring innovative therapies and healthcare solutions to patients, leveraging robust market insights, strong stakeholder relationships, and a well-established commercial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President , you will lead the strategic growth and commercial performance of the Healthcare business in Singapore. The role is responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies , delivering profitable year-on-year growth , managing key client relationships, and identifying new market and product opportunities. This position will also oversee national sales strategies, develop pricing and commercial plans, and lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and expansion strategies. In addition, the role plays a key leadership function in guiding business development efforts, evaluating healthcare market trends, and developing a large & high-performing team capable of delivering sustained business growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 10 years of Commercial, Sales, Product Management, and/or Marketing experiences across the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare industry. You will need to have proven leadership experience in managing a large sales & marketing team. As a hands-on leader, you will ideally have both pharmaceutical sales and product management experience. As the business is highly dynamic, you will need to be agile, engaging, and able to manage various stakeholders.
