- 18% of candidate's annual guaranteed salary
- 90 days guarantee period
- 14 days payment terms
Retained
- 15% of candidate's annual guaranteed salary
- 30% upfront commencement fee
- 120 days guarantee period
- 14 days payment terms
Market Mapping
- $5,000 to $15,000 per mapping project, depending on requirements
- Discounted recruitment fee at 15% if candidates from market map are hired within 9 months.
